Cassandra Monique Batie, professionally called Andra day, is an American R&B artist and singer. Her accolades include a Grammy Award as well as an Children's and Family Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award. She is also nominated for an Academy Award. Andra Days is a strong artist who also writes beautifully. In addition, she is a specialist in throwback R&B Her musical origins are in gospel jazz and blues. Andra was born Cassandra Monique Batie on Edmonds Washington. After growing up within San Diego and surrounding areas, she began performing at church, and then enrolled in the School of Creative and Performing Arts. When she left the School of Creative and Performing Arts, andra Day began to focus on contemporary R&B and Pop but soon discovered that her soulful jazz influences were the ones she was attracted to. Kai Millard Morris recorded a show of Day in the following year, then later gifted her husband Stevie Wonder some of Day's music. Motown legendary Adrian Gurvitz connected Day and the seasoned music businessman. Day who was linked with Gurvitz as well as Jeffrey Evans Buskin Label Day and became a YouTube phenomenon and was later signed to Warner Bros. In 2012 Day released Forever Mine as her debut single on YouTube. DJs played it immediately on radio. The album she released her debut Cheers To The Fall (2015) was produced by Adrian Gurvitz. She signed with Warner Bros. Records. The track "Rise Up" was a hit worldwide for social justice campaigns. Day was awarded two Grammy nominations for the category for Best R&B Album for her album. In 2019 she released her sophomore record The United States vs. Billie Holiday a concept album on the life of the famous jazz musician. Also, she appeared in The United States vs. Billie Holiday, a film that tells the story of Holiday. Andi Mattichak is an American actor. She first appeared in television series like 666 Park Avenue, Orange Is the New Black and Blue Bloods before making her film debut as Allyson Nelson in the horror film series Halloween as well as the sequels. Andi Matichak, an American actress born March 3, 1994, in Framingham Massachusetts in the United States.
