Annie Mist Thorisdottir hails from Iceland, Reykjavik. She is an Icelandic CrossFit pro athlete. She is also a coach as well as trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. Annie is the very first woman to have ever won the two CrossFit Games. She was second in both the 2010 and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelandic weightlifter and also a CrossFit athlete and celebrity TV personality. Her fame stems from her being the first woman to win at the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 as well as 2012. In addition, she is famous as having been the winner of the Dubai Fitness Competition in both 2013 and 2017. Annie, along with the rest of her family, was raised in Reykjavik Iceland. From the age of a child, she has been a sport and fitness enthusiast. Her first competition was CrossFit in California in the year 2009. Her performance was good at her very first games. Annie Thorisdottir's average age is 31 years (as in 2021). Her height stands at 5'7" and she weighs approximately the 67-kg mark. Annie started her CrossFit experience in California in 2009. In the initial games she was very successful and was ranked in the first 10 of the 70 competitors. While she did not take home any titles, she finished with the 11th spot. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. She finished 2nd in CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's guidance. Following that, she participated again with Jami Tikkanen in CrossFit Games and won them because of her dominating performances. She became the first woman to win CrossFit Games. Annie has an outstanding performance in 2012 CrossFit Games performance, became the very first woman to win both CrossFit Games. She also won a gold medal. In 2021, she was awarded with a bronze. Annie is a coach and trainer with her team at Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. In the last few years, as an athlete, Annie has been a face of a variety of sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Nuun Hydration-Periodization Sidekick, Yerbae and many others. Some 2,000 people have subscribed to her self-titled Youtube Channel, where training videos, travel vlogs and family videos are uploaded.
