Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy is an American actor from the United States. She was born on June 13th in 1962. After her debut on film in the 1983 film Bad Boys she became known as a member of the Brat Pack group of actors. She also appeared on the screen in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy won an Independent Spirit Award in 1998 for best female lead. This was due to her portrayal in the role of Lisa Cholodenko in High Art. Ally Sheedy was born in America and she is a performer and an writer. Her movie career started in her early 80s when she was featured in the crime drama film, Bad Boys. The film was written and directed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other famous actors, including Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. Following her success in her first film, she was later seen in the comedy drama film The Breakfast Club. John Hughes' film is widely regarded as one of the best high school movies ever made. Even though the budget of the film was just $1 million, the film's profits were more than $50 million. Meanwhile she had also started being featured in various shows on TV including CBS Schoolbreak which was her television debut. It was a show for teenagers which began in April of 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues were some other TV shows featured her in. Her most recent appearances include Little Sister as well as X-Men Apocalypse, a movie about a hero where she appears in a cameo. Sheedy is known for her amazing appearances, was awarded numerous prizes. Sheedy was awarded the MTV Movie Awards' silver Bucket of Excellence Award 2005.
